Customer Policy

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Our goal at Pure Altar is for customer satisfaction. We will always do our best to assist in your project. Adjustments are made for a customers design needs. We will always do our best to meet the design criteria of your project.

REFUND POLICY:

If, for whatever reason, a custom should requests a refund for project work the request must be submitted in writing and mailed to:

After refund claim has been submitted we will then convert the total cost of the proposed bid to an hourly conversion to determine the actual total cost of any and all work and or service provided to date. Then a refund request will be submitted to our refund claims department for approval. Upon approval any refund would be made for the difference. This policy is in effect for work done on a project basis, and only for clients who have signed a Pure Altar Productions policies agreement or contract. All other claims are subject to denial.
